10-Day Veterinary Examination Requirement
Buyers must have their puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 10 days of purchase. If a pre-existing illness or condition is confirmed during this period, remedies may include a refund, replacement puppy, or limited veterinary reimbursement.
Two-Year Genetic Health Coverage
Your puppy is protected for two years from birth against life-threatening hereditary or congenital conditions confirmed by a licensed veterinarian.
Clear Terms & Responsibilities
The guarantee outlines buyer responsibilities, limitations, and proper care requirements to ensure the puppy’s health and well-being. Coverage applies to the original buyer and requires proper veterinary documentation.

The full written Health Guarantee agreement is provided to all customers at the time of purchase for reference.
